The first step to change, which brings about healing, is identification. If we cannot identify what is wrong, and place it accordingly, we cannot possibly execute change.
Each workbook I produce has been planned, plotted and designed with this in mind.
These are currently a work in progress. It has taken years to compile the posts you will find across these pages. The printables grew out of that process — practical companions designed to guide you through each stage of your journey, in the hope that you find the strength I did to endure each moment of pain. I will be uploading them as each one becomes ready.
If you would like to know when new printables are available, please subscribe. I will not be spamming you with marketing emails. Each email will be intentional — with either a new section of My Seasons, a new Theme, or a new Printable.
By subscribing, my welcome gift to you is Workbook 1 – The Starting Point, Workbook 1A – A Daily Check In and Workbook 4 – My Healing Playlist.

Workbook 1 — The Starting Point
This is where you start. You don’t need to have anything figured out yet — most people don’t at this point. Just be honest with yourself about where you’re at today. Sometimes just identifying something that we did not realise, helps us more than we know. Let this be enough for now.
Workbook 1A — The Morning Check In
Just a couple of minutes each morning to state your intention for the day, before everything else pulls your attention away. Quick, simple, nothing lengthy.
Workbook 4 — My Healing Playlist
Music has probably carried you through parts of this that words never could – maybe without you even realising. This is a space to build your playlist, for you to turn to for whatever season you are in.

Workbook 2 — Get to Sunrise: Daily Check In
For the nights that feel long. A few gentle questions each day to check in with yourself, so you’re not carrying everything alone until morning.
Workbook 2B — Daily Gratitude Journal
Some days gratitude comes easily. Some days, it doesn’t. This is just a few minutes to find one small thing, even on the days it feels like there’s nothing there.
Workbook 2C — Roots of Gratitude
This one goes a little deeper. It’s less about finding something good today, and more about identifying things you didn’t even realise you could be grateful for in the past, things that may have shaped your strength today — the small, overlooked stuff that gets missed when you’re just trying to get through the day.
Workbook 3 — 30 Days of Healing Journal Prompts
One prompt a day for thirty days. There’s no pressure for big breakthroughs here — just a little space each day to show up for yourself, because that’s really how healing happens, slowly.
Workbook 5 — What a Relationship Is Supposed to Be
For sitting with the gap between what you hoped a relationship would look like, and what it’s actually been. No judgment here. Nothing needs to change today. Identifying this brings sadness, grief, but with that, POWER.
Workbook 6 — The Grief of Losing What You Envisioned
There’s a kind of grief that’s hard to explain to people — grieving the future you pictured that never came to be. This workbook gives that grief somewhere gentle to go, because it’s real, even when it’s hard to put into words.
Workbook 7 — Letters You Will Never Send
A quiet place to say everything you’ve never been able to say out loud — to them, to yourself, to the life you once imagined. These letters aren’t meant to be sent. They’re just meant to help you set it down.
Workbook 8 — My Story: Mapping Your Own Journey
Your story is yours. No one else gets to tell it, frame it, or decide what it means. This is simply space to put it into your own words, in your own time, however that looks for you.
Workbook 9 — Want vs Need: The Difference Between Loving Someone and Needing Them
There’s a difference between staying because you choose to and staying because you’re scared of what happens if you don’t. This workbook is for finding out, honestly, which one you’ve been living in.
Workbook 10 — You Were Not Placed Here to Be Small
Somewhere along the way, you might have learned to take up less space than you actually needed to. This is for finding your way back to the size you were always meant to be.
COMING SOON — Workbook 11 — Where I Am Right Now

COMING SOON — Workbook 12 — Check-In: Pausing to Notice What Has Landed
A short pause between chapters, to notice what’s settled in you since the last one, before you carry on.
COMING SOON — Workbook 13 — The Beginning: Reflecting on How It Started
Every story has an origin. This is space to go back to yours – not to relive it, just to understand it a little better.

Another pause, another chance to notice what this next stretch of the journey has left behind in you.

For the years that asked more of you than anyone should have to give. This is space to look at what surviving actually cost you – and what it took.
COMING SOON — Workbook 18 — The Cycles: Understanding the Pattern
The same fight, the same promise, the same relief, the same slide back. This workbook is for naming the cycle so you can finally see it clearly.
COMING SOON — Workbook 19 — Check-In: Pausing to Notice What Has Landed
Another checkpoint – a moment to notice what’s shifted in you since you last stopped to look.
COMING SOON — Workbook 20 — The Program: What It Gave Me and What It Cost Me
Recovery programs can hold two truths at once – real help, and real cost to the people loving someone through it. This is space to hold both honestly.
COMING SOON — Workbook 21 — Check-In: Pausing to Notice What Has Landed
A quiet pause before the next chapter, just to notice what’s landed in you so far.

COMING SOON — Workbook 28 — Betrayal: The Nervous System
Betrayal doesn’t just live in your thoughts – it lives in your body. This workbook is for understanding what betrayal actually did to your nervous system, and what healing that looks like.
COMING SOON — Workbook 29 — Forgiveness: What It Is and What It Is Not
Forgiveness gets talked about like it’s simple, or like it’s owed. This is for figuring out, on your own terms, what forgiveness actually means to you – and what it doesn’t.
